Description

Modern contemporary log home located on five acres of peace and serenity. The all-glass windows and upper and lower decks provide breath-taking views of the ravine below, as well as, the treetops and stars above. The “Outside Inn” will make you feel like you are outside while in the comfort of a “hotel in the woods.” In the fall, the tree tops turn to a colorful array of stunning fall colors. Wake up in the wintertime to ice-capped tree branches or a deck covered fresh snow glistening in the sun. At Christmas time, the cabin is typically decorated from the end of November until the week after New Years Day. Drive a short distance to enjoy all the famous hiking locations that draw people to this area. Warm up with a Seasonal Fireplace in the Fall or Winter! Must be 25 years or older to rent. AWD/4WD Recommended. Free WiFi -may experience disruptions and outages

Outside Inn was absolutely beautiful in a beautiful location.

Everything felt very clean. There was plenty of space for our party of 8…including 6 teenagers.

It was a beautiful location and we had a great time.

The cabin was big and comfortable. While much of our time was spent hiking, we really enjoyed coming back and relaxing in such a lovely space.

Beautiful place!

The house is great! The style, grounds, and amenities were all wonderful. Great view from the deck overlooking a gorge. Kids loved the house; the bunk room was perfect for them. They also loved the hot tub. The fire pit was nice and perfect for s'mores. It is about 35 minutes from hiking in Hocking Hills, and 15 to Logan for dinner or supplies. So not in the middle, everything but very manageable.

Perfect for families: comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed for a memorable stay.

We had an amazing stay at Outside Inn! Two families traveled together with four kids under 6 and a newborn, and the cabin was perfect for our group. The bunk beds were great for the kids, and the layout made it easy to keep the older children downstairs while the baby slept peacefully. We loved the fire pit and the secluded, tranquil setting. The home was comfortable, functional, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, an incredible experience. We would definitely stay again!

A serene place to stay with the family.

The cabin is located in a private and serene area. It was clean and well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment. Our family enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit daily. We also enjoyed the games available and had a couple family movie nights while there. It was a lovely few days!

Pleasant, clean with all comforts of home with gorgeous, secluded view

It was little being in the wilderness - a true "outside inn". It provided all comforts of home in a clean environment. Check out 'rules' were not cumbersome either.

Beautiful property

The unit itself is great. Layout is one bedroom on the main floor with the kitchen and two bedrooms downstairs with the main living area. BBQ grill is charcoal so be sure to bring your own. We had rented a 4 wheel drive and it was needed for the driveway, can’t imagine it in the winter.

This cabin was fantastic! The rooms were decorated nicely, the location was so peaceful and quiet. The hot tub got a lot of use! The host left plenty of little items gor such as k pods, etc. Highly recommended!

Great cabin to enjoy while exploring Hocking Hills Area.

Outside Inn had everything we needed for a get-a-way in the woods with family. Beyond our control, the weather offered challenges. Temperatures hovered around zero. Downstairs was cold all the time, plus we lost power twice. Ahh, Mother Nature!

We had another enjoyable in the Outside Inn cabin, 4th time in this cabin.

They have added some extra’s suck as shampoo,,body wash and coffee in the cabin now. The cabin was toasty warm upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs, but in the game room portion, some auxiliary heating is needed. This cabin does come with a fully functioning kitchen for cooking.
