Uckor's Cottage has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a walk in shower. Also equipped with an interior electric fireplace and loft sitting area. Must be 21 years or older to rent.

Serene Thanksgiving In the Woods
The stay at the cottage was excellent. The home and its contents were relatively new and were kept in excellent condition. The cottage had a very clean, modern vibe while maintaining a cozy feel.The gas fireplace was wonderful for the cold temperatures.The hottub was well-maintained. Peaceful Cottage
Uckor’s cottage was exactly what we needed; a relaxing get away! The cottage was very clean, nicely decorated and cozy. We loved the over sized front porch that provided protection from the rain allowing to be outside (it rained our entire stay but OH needed the rain). Just a few glitches; please have the water softner or whatever was running in the utility closet cycle during the day; not from 12:00-1:30 am, consider a hand rail for the front steps and a new mattress (big dip). Recommend
The cabin was clean and very cute! The perfect amount of space for the 2 of us and our dog. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. I wish we had stayed one more day. At first we were disappointed that there wasn't a closet. But honestly we found that it wasn't needed. We were there to hike and be comfortable hanging out. So hanging clothes ended up not being a big deal. I would mention that you do need to wait some time between showers for the water pressure to return to normal.Brandy - Posted: 9/16/2025

It was great!!
We loved how peaceful it was being in the woods with no one around!! It was beautiful inside, just a few problems we had with the stay: the grill didn’t work and the hot tub made our swim suits smell horrible (not sure if it needs extra cleaned or just something with the chemicals) and the silverware could of been cleaned a little bit better in between people’s stay.Tiffany - Posted: 8/23/2025

Beautiful
We did enjoy our stay at the Uckor cottage very much. There are a couple suggestions I would make though. First, perhaps you could put a couple large hooks on the hall wall backing the bathroom, as there is nowhere to hang anything in the cottage. Also, I think a rustic railing on the entry stairs would be helpful, not every guest is young and well balanced on stairs. Everything you could ask for in a deep woods cottage!
Born in God's country but living in the city, I miss the pure air and quiet of my childhood. I took my wife of 22 years to the cabin for mother's day and enjoyed two nights in clean newly constructed fully operational lodge. Wonderful getaway
My wife and I stayed here for our first getaway in quite sometime and we were not disappointed. The cottage was located in a beautiful, remote location but only 20 min from anything we needed or wanted to do. The accommodations were modern and comfortable. The WiFi worked well. The relatively new gas grill fired up the first time. The hot tub was wonderful. Beautiful House

Great for a weekend getaway
Enjoyed the cabin, great amenities, saw lots of wild life! Equipment used was operational (oven, stove, microwave, fridge, tv, grill). Would recommend bringing bottled water if well water is not desirable. Bed was comfortable, good water pressure in bathroom/kitchen. Outdoor patio/steps are well maintained. This was our first trip to Hocking Hills and we could not have stayed at a more beautiful location.
Uckor's Cottage offered the perfect getaway. Sitting on the deck and enjoying a glass of wine while just listening to nature all around us was priceless.
